Our goal at River City Fund Raising is to become a partner with your organization to help make your fundraiser as easy and as profitable as possible. Quality You Can Count On! Extraordinary Customer Service! Kick Off Assembly: At the assembly we explain the details to the students and show them the prizes they are eligible to win. We then discuss NO DOOR-TO-DOOR SELLING, we do not promote door-to-door selling and discourage the students from doing so and we explain this to the students at the kick off assembly. Student Packets: The student packet envelope will include the Prize Program, brochures, instruction letter detailing when the fundraiser ends, when the money and order taker is due and when the product will be delivered to the school. Then we will divide the packets by classroom and all the teacher does is hand them out. We also provide extra packets and order forms to the school. Tally and Pack the Orders by Student then by Classroom: We pick up the fundraising orders and tally the orders at the end of the sale. All you are required to do is place the order form in the teacher collection envelope provided by River City Fund Raising. Your order is Triple Checked For Accuracy. We Deliver the Product to the Classroom: We pack the product by student, then by classroom and the prizes will be in student's order on a pre-pay program or packed separate on a post collect, but delivered with the product. Then River City Fund Raising will deliver the product to the classroom for distribution to the students, the outside of the boxes will be marked with whose order is inside. Late Orders, No Problem!: We accept all late orders, no problem. As long as you accept them we will too, at no charge! Awards Assembly: Once we finalize the fund raiser we schedule a time to recognize the staff, all students, and volunteers that helped make the fund raiser a success. In addition to thanking everyone, we also recognize those who have achieved additional awards.
